Wedding Packages

Our wedding planning professionals will handle all the details, ensuring that you are relaxed and ready to share this special moment with your loved ones.

INCLUSIONS:

JOY PACKAGE

The package includes a specialized wedding coordinator, private check-in for the group (subject to arrival time), and a special room for the couple featuring a preferred location, king bed, decoration, and VIP amenities. Upon arrival, the couple will find a bottle of sparkling wine in their room.

They will receive a 30% discount at the spa and on extra services, along with a gift of a 30-minute neck and back massage for both. Turn-down service will be provided on the wedding night, and late check-out until 3:00 PM is confirmed for the couple. The wedding location includes a symbolic ceremony, basic decoration of the venue, and a sound system. After the ceremony, there will be a toast with sparkling wine, a tropical flower bouquet for the bride, and a boutonnière for the groom, as well as a wedding cake with basic decoration. The package also features a semi-private wedding dinner at one of the hotel’s à la carte restaurants and a free honeymoon package.

PARADISE PACKAGE

The package includes private check-in for the group, subject to arrival time, and confirmation of late check-out until 3:00 PM for an additional room. A special room for the couple is provided, featuring a preferred location, king bed, decoration, and VIP amenities, along with a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. Separate rooms are available the night before the wedding or a courtesy room for the bride four hours before the ceremony, subject to availability. The package also includes hair and makeup services for the bride, a 50% discount at the spa and on extra services for the couple, and a gift of a 30-minute neck and back massage for both. If applicable, an upgrade to the Diamond Club package is offered, as well as turn-down service on the wedding night and a specialized wedding coordinator.

The symbolic ceremony will have basic decoration and a sound system, a toast with sparkling wine, three appetizers, a bouquet for the bride and a boutonnière for the groom, along with bouquets and boutonnières of tropical flowers for bridesmaids and groomsmen. After the ceremony, there will be a toast with champagne, a wedding cake with basic decoration, a semi-private wedding dinner at one of the hotel’s à la carte restaurants, fourteen 5x7 digital photos of the ceremony, and a free honeymoon package.

The package includes a wedding coordinator for personalized assistance and a VIP welcome, along with a special room for the couple featuring a prime location, king bed, decoration, and VIP amenities. Upon arrival, they will find a bottle of sparkling wine in their room and enjoy a room upgrade.

The wedding will include a symbolic ceremony at a designated location, complete with ceremony decoration, a bouquet for the bride, and a boutonnière for the groom. After the ceremony, there will be a toast with champagne, followed by a private dinner for the couple on the beach. Additionally, the package offers a free honeymoon package.

The package includes a wedding coordinator for personalized assistance and a welcome cocktail for the couple. They will enjoy a special room featuring a prime location, king bed, decoration, and VIP amenities, along with a bottle of sparkling wine in their room upon arrival.

The ceremony can take place in a gazebo or a selection of other locations, complete with decoration and a symbolic ceremony. A bouquet for the bride and a boutonnière for the groom are included, as well as a toast with champagne and recorded music for the ceremony. On the wedding day, there will be a special room cleaning service, a semi-private group wedding dinner, and daily turn-down service in the room. The couple will also receive a 20% discount at the spa and on extra services, along with a free honeymoon package.

LEGAL WEDDING

For this, you only need to have: • Copies of the passports of the couple and witnesses (2 witnesses), valid for their stay in Cuba • Copy of the birth certificate in all cases • Tourist visa • If divorced, divorce certificate. If widowed, marriage certificate and death certificate of the former spouse • If applicable, name change or adoption certificate • In all cases, copies of tourist visa and passports apply • All specific documents must be translated into Spanish and legalized by the Cuban Consulate in the country of origin • All documents must be sent by email to the wedding coordinator at least six (6) weeks before arrival

CUBAN WELCOME PARTY

Welcome your guests to kick off your wedding celebrations, including Cuban beer, wines, and two cocktails of your choice (1 hour open bar). Surprise your guests with tapas, cheeses, and fruits. Includes a presentation and tasting of Cuban cocktails and a participation game where the best cocktail made will be awarded.
